How do you hang a mirror?
Our mirrors have hanger hardware attached to the backs. The rectangles have hangers for both "portrait" and "landscape" hanging. We recommend either a heavy nail driven into a wall stud or special hanging hardware assembly. Remember that mirrors weigh more than pictures. If you don't connect directly to our hangers, you will need heavy duty picture wire. Hanging instructions are included in the package.
How do I clean my mirror?
In most cases, a damp rag is effective. If a cleaner is used, apply the cleaner to the rag, then wipe the mirror.
Do you offer a warranty on the mirrors?
We warrant the mirror glass to be free of defects. The frames should have no defects as well. Slight imperfections in the finish on the frames may exist, but should not deter from the overall appearance of the mirror. If you have a problem, contact one of our sales representatives and we will try to resolve it.
Can mirrors be returned for exchange?
We will exchange as long as the mirror has not been damaged. You will have to pay the return freight and there will be a $15 re-stocking charge.
How long do styles remain current in the line?
We review our sales activity on each style every quarter. If an item does not move in six months, we discontinue it. As long as there is sales activity on an item, we keep it in the offering.
